Lloyd and Frank and his team are absolutely amazing! I had both my furnace and ac go out at once and the first quote I received scared me. Lloyd came right out and gave me a reasonable quote and the work was fabulous! Everyone was so great to work with and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend them! I will always use them now!

We moved into a 2-story home that has a unit for upstairs and one for downstairs. It was time to replace both units and my husband's parents had previously used Brown's to replace their unit a couple years ago. We received a fair and competitive quote and felt confident in our decision to go with Brown. Lloyd and his team were very professional and provided a high-quality service that was done quickly. We also didn't have to worry about submitting any paperwork for Ameren's high-efficiency rebates - we received the rebate check less than a month from the date of service! Lloyd and his team have helped not only myself, but family and friends several times over the years. Most recently, they identified an undersized air-conditioning unit as the cause for rust in the furnace in the home I recently purchased. They also identified the return vent as undersized and corrected during the installation process. Given the age of the units and the use of a builder’s grade original furnace and air-conditioning unit, I opted to replace the units. The quality of their work was exceptional and pricing was very fair and competitive. I have been happy with the performance of the high-quality units and smart thermostat they recommended and installed. Brown Heating and Air Conditioning is an ethical, trustworthy company, in my experience, and I have referred my parents and friends to them, all of whom, have been very pleased with their service and pricing. On a separate issue, my parents were told by another company a few years ago they needed to replace their units. Lloyd performed an inexpensive repair and the systems have been working very well since.

I called a well-known HVAC company and they told me to fix my problem would be around $3000 but could go up from there. Then the Tech (salesman) tried to sell me a “Mid Range System” for about $10,000. A friend told me to call Lloyd Brown he came over looked at my furnace and within 4 hours had it fixed with new parts, and for less than a third of what the other company wanted to sell me. I will only call Brown Heating and Air Conditioning for any of my HVAC needs. I hope it makes the other company “green with envy” that I will be telling all my friends and relatives.
